Several New Volumes Added to Library

In the last two weeks, we have placed new books on our shelves for your use. In our continuing effort to add books to our Paranormal Library we have added five books and a document in PDF format for you to download and use freely for your paranormal studies.

So what have we added?

Electronic Voice Phenomenon

First, we uploaded a book by none other than Sarah Wilson Estep. If you are not familiar with her name, well I am certainly glad you are reading this! Sarah was the founder of the American Association of EVP (AAEVP). AAEVP was run by Sarah from its founding in 1982 until she handed over the reins to Tom & Lisa Butler in 2000. The book, “Voices of Eternity,” is a seminal work of EVP that should be read by all students of EVP and ITC. Sarah gave us the classification scale of EVP we use today as researchers. She also helped to classify the communications we receive from the other side and set in concrete techniques that used to be the norm for EVP research.

Paperback copies of this book are getting very hard to find, so we are very happy to bring you a wonderful scan of the book that used to be available on the AAEVP website (which is now offline).

The second upload is a Memorandum that was written by Sarah’s daughter, Rebecca Estep. Rebecca has been employed by the NSA (National Security Agency) for several decades. She wrote this official Memorandum about some of her experiences as an NSA employee that happened over the course of her career, specifically the 1980’s in this document.

This document, entitled “Summary Report Regarding Brief Events at the NSA During the Mid-1980’s Timeframe Pertaining to Remote Viewing and UFO Phenomena,” recounts how coworkers mentioned specific remote viewing programs that the NSA had keen interest in exploring.* She also documents how her superiors questioned her about possible EVP communications from UFO’s about propulsion systems and other topics. This document is of great interest because it is a firsthand document about NSA interest in paranormal topics, and it was approved for release by the NSA. We sincerely thank Rebecca for sharing this document with us.

Spiritualism and Seances

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Spirit Photography

Next, we uploaded some works by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Doyle was a celebrated author and is best known for his creation, Sherlock Holmes. Doyle was also a spiritualist and member of the SPR (Society for Psychical Research). We have been looking far and wide for legible PDF’s of Doyle’s seminal work in two volumes, “The History of Spiritualism.” A longtime friend of Paranormal Study, Keith Clark, who runs iDigitalMedium.com, provided us with a trove of PDF’s and we were so thrilled to see these two volumes as part of the content. In these volumes, prominent spiritualists, many of whom are already included in our library, are profiled as Doyle traces the origins of spiritualism leading up to the early 20th century.

The other upload from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle is entitled “Pheneas Speaks: Direct Spirit Communication in the Family Circle.” This book covers communication during Doyle family seances. He recounts what was imparted by their circle Spirit Guide, Pheneas, via dated transcripts of their sessions.

Ufology

The other volume we uploaded to our library is a book from an early Ufologist, Max Miller. His very early work, “Flying Saucers: Fact or Fiction?” is a critical volume of UFO research covering the beginning of the study of Ufology as a phenomenon. Miller starts by diving deep into the pre-history of Ufology by referencing possible UFO contacts from ancient cultures through the use of cultural artifacts such as paintings and religious texts. He also references modern pre-Ufology by looking at reports from the 18th-20th centuries and referencing the works of luminaries like Charles Fort. The real weight of this volume involves an ample examination of the UFO phenomenon as the field of Ufology was being set in bedrock. Miller is not afraid to tackle the infamous United States Air Force investigations of UFO reports. Reading this book is like opening a time capsule containing all the early names of Ufology in their appropriate context. If you are at all interested in the UFO phenomenon, this book is a must-read.

One last thing…

Hopefully these books will help you in your paranormal studies. As a reminder, if you have any PDF’s of copyright-free books, white papers, or articles that you have published (or want to publish) that you think may be of use to other paranormal enthusiasts, please let us know via our email account, Learn@ParanormalStudy.com, and we will endeavor to publish them in our Paranormal Library for others to use.
